"We have been using Bonnie for years. At the beginning of 2023 we received a notice that a W-2 was left out of our 2021 taxes. I tried bringing this to Bonnie's attention over a 2 month span by emailing her the letter and calling her office when getting no responses. When she did finally responded she told me that I must had forgotten to give it to her and she was not liable for anything. There is poor communication in that office we had asked her over several emails what would be best for our family to claim for withholdings and she never actually responded to us but would complain after completing our taxes that we weren't withholding enough."

"So I've used Fassler Tax service for years and then one year when filing. Bonnie clearly made a huge mistake on my taxes and left a spot blank. This resulted in the state over paying me money which resulted in me needing to pay back with a huge interest rate because it occurred in 2019. Yet Bonnie says she isn't liable, even tho I paid for her professional services yet her mistake resulted in me paying back money I cannot afford. She says it's not her problem and has nothing to do with her error.......? SMH"
