"Too overpriced to receive the bare minimum services. You're better off doing it yourself. As what was provided you can do online. No tax advice, no consulting. Just punch everything in the system that is on your return and that's it. Like is said. You can do that yourself. If I could give them -5 stars I would."
"Just WOW. I can't believe anyone in the service industry could so confidently talk down to a customer from the second they walk in the door. I finally walked out when I was through with being spoken down to while someone fumbles through figuring out if they might be able to help me. She answered 2 phone calls and stayed on the phone for a few minutes with each of them within minutes of me walking in for my appointment. As I walked out, she was hollering, "no, just wait here." I'm a grown woman who is not ok with being spoken to in a manner I wouldn't even address my children, much less a paying customer. She even was talking to her coworker about how SHE was ready to strangle ME, AS I SAT IN FRONT OF HER. I can just slap myself for allowing her to speak to me in that manner for so long. An hour, and all she managed to do was clear the return I had completed, when all I was looking for was assistance on making an adjustment."

"Ruthie has been doing my taxes since the early 90s if you want someone who is honest than this is definitely the place for you to be. Trustworthy and also very patient amongst my freak-outs whenever I have had to owe (which has been 2xs since the 90s). I would highly recommend her. She has a very good heart and is very patient. When you are dealing with something as sensitive as your financials it's important that you are comfortable Above All Else and Trust the person you're working with that they have your back and will do everything in their power to ensure you win. Check her out you won't be disappointed. She books quickly so call ahead."
