"Avoid this office at all costs. They don't seem to understand what is generally expected of a professional services firm. Radha Pasari was assigned to me and after the first call in March and me uploading all required documents in *March* I never heard back from her. More than 20 calls to the office, multiple messages and emails were all ignored. It is May right now and I have asked for my file to be sent to another office. What an absolute joke/scam of an establishment. Stay away for your sanity. Radha has been an absolute insulting disappointment."

"Ideally, I should give them 0 stars or even negative. I usually file my taxes myself every year. However, this year, my taxes were little complicated because of 1042-S and seeked H&R block. My preparer was Radha Pasari, and she has taken my account/routing details while filing for CA state tax return. I have been told that all the details are entered online and the tax board should be deducting the amount from my account when they process. Its over a month I submitted the tax return and I see no amount has been deducted from my account. So, I called CA Franchise Board to clarify and they mentioned that they haven't received any account details on my return and I have been accrued penalty and interests. When I called H&R block regarding the reimbursement, the tax attendant was rude and blames me that I should have verified all the details before sending the return. Finally, I ended up paying extra interest and penalty. DON'T CONSIDER H&R BLOCK FOR YOUR TAXES. ITS AN USELESS SERVICE (NOT TRUSTWORTHY) AND WILL GIVE YOU MORE HEADACHE."
