"Folks think it can be a little non-kosher to comment on the quality of the business rather than the quality of their work but I'm going to do both. As a local in the community I must say it's been a little difficult having these folks nearby. Threats on getting my car towed, asking that my dog not pee on the public tree in front of their office, passive aggressive comments on the way everyone around lives their life and I presume you would get that kind of behavior from someone in accounting. So if you want to support a local business I highly recommend going elsewhere, someone who contributes more to the community and the locals than being a burden. If you don't care about that, HR Block does an incredible job with taxes and makes sure you get every penny back you deserve :)"
