The manager Ken Davis is not solution oriented and is the rudsst and meanest human. They price gouge you and ensure that you are treated poorly. When you make an appt. And they can't help you because they are busy - you are charged. Please do not support HR BLOCK van ness - they are the worst and terrible in all aspects."

"This office is mainly for people who can file their taxes in person (one or 2-day process). Their website is not set up well for virtual meeting. If you are filing via phone or online, it takes about 7 days. I decided to change my review to 4 star, because my Tax Pro got my tax done this week via phone. I will change my review to 5 star after 4/18. All in all, I'm now relieved and thankful."
