"Didn't file our state or federal business taxes for two years in a row. When we brought this to the attention of Katherine Knight she said she would take care of it. When we got the $22,000 demand letters from California our phone calls were not returned. It's cost us $600 (so far) to correct this. One think Katherine Knight is good at is creating a fake online history. Check YELP under Liberty Tax."
