"Bad service. Had water tested , was given $100 worth of chemicals. Two days later pool went green. Came back had it tested, and they told me I needed $60 of more chemicals. I went somewhere else got the right advise and only needed chlorine and to clean my filter twice. It seemed like they we're guessing, reading off of a manual and just didn't know how to do pool Maintenance themselves. Glad I found a new place. Life is easier now."

"I have used this store since I moved to Fair Oaks in 2011. The older reviews are correct, the last manager was totally rude and not helpful. The new crew however, is extremely helpful and polite. I usually shop at online retailers but I like taking my pool water for the free check up. Kudos to the new bunch of employees there I really appreciate there help especially after the last lady."
