Century Pools

"We moved to Roseville this year and the first thing that we wanted in our new home was a pool. Century Pools was referred by my sister-in-law and I have to say, they were phenomenal. This is a family owned business which is why we were considering them. As it turned out, the owners were involved with almost every aspect of the job. One of the owners, Mike, helped me with the design of the pool, and the other two brothers, Patrick and Casey, actually constructed the rock and the tile for the pool. Including the waterfall, which turned out beautifully. As with any big construction project, there were a couple of hiccups but Meaghan, Mike’s daughter, ALWAYS got right back to me and took care of everything that was a concern, almost immediately. I would also like to add that their maintenance man, Tony, was incredible. He made sure that every little concern I had was completed to my satisfaction before he left. I’d like to end with a thank you to them and that they should be proud of the work they did for us."

"Just finished our pool and it’s beautiful! We were done very quickly and without any issues :) highly recommend their team! Had a great price for the value and what was included. Had several bids that were 10k plus more. Call them you won’t be disappointed!"

"If you are looking for a pool on a tight budget, this is the place to go. But it seems once you are done with the project there communication with you is done, even if you have questions or issues. I’ve been trying time and time again to check my autofill because it was never done on my pool. Their response “we will check”, it’s been 1 month now still no show. Overall they were easy to deal with and they did the pool nice, just wish the communication was better and if they did forget the autofill, just fix it but they make it difficult. Like I said if on a budget I would recommend if budget not an issue go elsewhere."

"Wife and I found out about Century Pools through my older bother. I waited almost 2 years to write this review to see how things were going to hold up. They built his pool almost 10 years ago and it's still going strong with no issues. Anyway, we moved into a new community back in 2020 right around Covid and immediately got around 7 quotes from different pool builders. A few declined or never responded after seeing our project but Century Pools was on time and on schedule as expected. They even beat the quotes of some of the bigger companies. They built our pool, and did the pool decking salt finish. I dealt mainly with Mike and the team was also easy to work with. The entire project took about 4-5 months. Highly recommend them!"

"We had a great start with design process and pricing. The hole was dug October 1st with an estimated completion date by Thanksgiving. We are almost at Christmas and still have 2 significant pending issues. Finally got the final permit from city approved last Friday after they had to come out twice before where the pool company received 2 Correction notices which could have been easily avoided if they would have done their job. It becomes exhausting having to do constant follow up to have issues (which most could ha r been easily avoided) resolved."
