"Are you serious - So disrespectful ,, After a 3 hour delay John came` and gave me a agreed upon estimate for pool equipment repair Total NO SHOW for two days as per scheduled I called a total of 5 times on the two numbers over a few days No call back ,, Finally a TEXT back and scheduled yet another date and time - NO SHOW ! waited all day -- then all week - to even get a call to update - ( I do not need to beg for any repairman to HOSE me) I guess being a "pool guy"these days and making the big money means you float on your own boat and do not care about the time of problems of others --- $500 or so is substantial for me --- JOHN will never get my business or referral A huge WASTE of my time --- Do not bother calling --- Worthless ! I lost substantial money waiting for this guy -- A ZERO in my book"
