"DJ the store manager was very honest. I recently drained my pool for fresh water. I asked him what chemicals were needed to start the pool. I assumed he was gonna upsell me those pool opening kits. Instead, he told me to bring in water sample to see what was needed. It was cheaper than the opening kit."

"Extremely bad service, when you call in they ask you to be on hold and keep you there for over 20 minutes, when you call back and let them know you were on hold for an extended period of time their answer is "we are busy, you have to wait". Zero customer service aptitude."
"I am a first time pool owner, didn't have a clue where to begin. Tried to schedule a couple of pool cleaners to come and take care of my pool and nobody showed up. Rolled up my sleeves, came to this store and Dylan shared some knowledge with me. I spent the money for the premium stuff and one day later my pool is sparkling and ready for the summer! Bought the special he offered for $250 for the cleaning chemicals. I also spent another $200 on tools; pole, skimmer, net, brush, chlorine tablet floating thing and water tester. I got enough chemicals for the summer, got the tools to maintain the pool myself and Dylan's knowledge in my head. Summer 2019, I am ready!"
