"What an incredible experience, when I first contacted Secard they connected me with Gloria, she was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products I was asking about. We made an appointment for me to see the spa, when I arrived and asked for Gloria, I notice the caution and concern for there employees and customers health and well being. Once Gloria greeted me, she was friendly and made me feel very comfortable like I was talking to an old friend. She lead me to the showroom, she answer all my questions and included how to take care of the cleaning of the spa and water. "Buying a hot tub from Secard was a great experience! They were very low-key, with no pressure or hard-sell tactics and they let me take all the time I needed. My salesperson, Gloria, was wonderful. Knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and helpful, quick to answer any questions I had. When I explained that recent back surgery had impaired my balance and I was concerned about getting in and out of a tub safely, she introduced me to a vertical safety rail that I could hang onto when getting in or out. It has turned out to be an absolute life-saver. I'm very happy with my new tub and so glad I went to Secard to get it."
