"I had a very bad experience at the cypress location. I asked and employee named John a question and he started answering. Another customer walked up to him and he completely stopped assisting me and ignored me. He didn’t even finish his sentence. He walked away from me and I just stood there, a little shocked that an employee would do that to a customer. I don’t think I would’ve been as upset as I was if he would have told me “give me a second” or something similar. He literally ignored me and started assisting another customer. And it wasn’t something quick, he walked her to the back and took her to the counter and then had a conversation with her. I had to get back in line to request help from another employee, but then decided to drive to another Leslie’s at the next city over. I’m sure my lost business there will not affect them at all, but I hope someone above him sees this so John can receive the proper customer service training he needs."
