Hillside Pools

"We had Hillside Pools install a new Filtration system to our twenty five year old pool. The heater, filter, and pumps, were replaced and we had a Pentair Chlorination system and new pool lights installed. Everything is state of the art and is functioning perfectly. After 25 years of self-maintenace, it has been a joy to trust these functions to our Hillside technician. Mike has been reliable, professional jilland courteous. From the initial consult with Mark, the owner, to completion of the installation, we have enjoyed the experience. There has never been a negative episode with anyone who is part of the Hillside team. The office staff has been courteous, returned calls almost immediately, and answered any questions we had in a very knowledgeable manner. I have read other Yelp reviews, and completely agree with those customers who have found Hillsid kipe to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, compet koopent and courteous. "I have been a customer of Hillside Pools for over 15 years. For the first 10 years they took very good care of our pool. in the last several years they use untrained individuals and they provide incredibly poor service. They come and clean the pool don't brush the tile don't know how to put the equipment back together when they leave. Lately, my pool looks like a stagnate pond. I spent an entire weekend getting the algae out of my pool that they let get that way. Within two weeks my pool looks like a pond again. Mark seems to be a nice guy but the people he employs do not care about the service and try to get out of here as fast as they can. Last week I watched the individual when he did not know I was here. He spent a total of 15 minutes at my home. Did not brush the tile, left debris in the bottom of my pool and guess what my pool looks like a pond again. I will be dismissing Hillside in favor of a company that care about it customers and does great service. I have a couple of referrals and I will let you know how it goes. I strongly recommend you choose anyone but hillside pools."

"Quality went down the longer we were with them. When there were issues with equipment, they didn't tells us. Got invoices for services not provided, and came to an end with green walls as soon as they left."
