"We’ve used Ocean Pacific Pool Services for 5+ years now and I always thought we had a good relationship. They were reasonable, friendly, and diligent. Recently, they stopped coming… a few weeks turned into a month. I didn’t receive my monthly bill. So my husband decided to text them “hi, hope all is well. Will you be coming to service the pool?” and they simply said “please find someone else for service.” I’m not sure where this is coming from… it’s getting hot and summer is approaching.. I’m just shocked we were abandoned without warning after all these years with them…."

"My husband and I contacted Hugo Bueno for a quote to start servicing our new pool, we came to an agreement and last time we heard from him he told us he was going to tell us the day he was going to start. Now three weeks after we have been calling, texting and emailing him and he is no where to be found, Hugo disappeared. He seemed to be professional when we spoke to him but now we are very disappointed."
