"I was initially going to rate them 2 stars but then I received a phone call from a manager named Emad (EEMAUD). He not only was rude but he even ended the call by saying “well I recorded this conversation so there’s no confusion about what was said”. Just ridiculous. We’ve used this company for years and one day the pool turned green. Ok. The pump stopped working. But a supervisor came over acting all defensive saying “I didn’t do it, I have no idea what happened……!” Then he disassembles our pool light and leaves it out on the ground. When I call and ask why this is they say “we don’t know, let us find out”. Now 2 weeks go by and still the light fixture and it’s guts are out and we don’t know what to do with it. Now, 4 weeks have gone by, we got a quote from a MUCH better pool company to repair our pump (Rancho Pool said 2500, we got another quote for 1600). Ha! What a joke. We don’t even use our pool, it’s more for beauty. Leaving us hanging like that was wrong. And this manager Emad even had the nerve to say “it’s your pool light, you fix it”. This was when I asked him why the light was still out and exposed. Don’t waste your money with Rancho Pool Services. Don’t let the name fool you. They are NOT the best choice in Rancho Palos Verdes or Rolling Hills. Spend your hard earned money on a better company. I won’t mention the company we chose so that it’s clear I’m a customer and not a competitor."
