The inspection I ordered was for some electric wall heaters and Edison was one of the most professional and efficient technicians I've worked with in a long time. It's obvious that his demeanor and level of standards also transfers to his other employees. When making my appointment, Viri, was very accommodating and was able to squeeze me in for a day/time that worked best in my schedule. In addition, they have an appointment alert system that lets you know how far away the tech is so you're not sitting around waiting for 2 hours!!! "Thomas Corona arrived early and diagnosed the issue with my heater immediately: faulty connection due to damage in the original line. He relocated and reconstructed the gas line and tested the system several times. Thomas also provided detailed, thorough descriptions (including photos) of the work he did, explaining what was needed and why. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and patient.
