"This place is annoying. They give you an 8 hour window. Who has 8 hours to sit around and wait for technicians? On top of it I waited an entire week and the dishwasher they brought was the wrong size and now it’s the weekend on top of thanksgiving week. A mess. Update - it’s now DECEMBER and I still don’t have a dishwasher. Don’t recommend. Only decent thing is The customer service people are nice."

"My a/c stopped cooling in late July, and my home warranty set me up with West Coast Chief Repair (WCCR). WCCR came to look and said they needed to do a leak test and that I needed to pay them $300 out of pocket. I did so. Who knew that for the next two months I’d be spending so much time for multiple appointments, failed attempts to find the leak, and lack of follow up even when I was promised that. I spent so much time on the phone, trying to get the ball rolling on the next attempt, next step, all very patiently while living without a/c in a top sun-facing unit. After 2 months I finally had a solution. I had to pay the non covered charges up front to replace my condenser. I did so and was so relieved to have the nightmare over with, so I thought… The worst part was actually to come. WCCR accountant, Joseph, called and left me a message saying he had a question about my home warranty. I called back, and he didn’t have a question at all, just wanted to tell me that WCCR made a mistake and under charged me, so he was calling to collect additional money. I’ve never had anyone at a business treat me with such disrespect at first interaction. Honestly, had anyone else from WCCR called and explained the situation I probably would’ve understood and paid them. We could’ve chatted about how long it took to fix, how hard home warranty is to deal with, and they would’ve simply offered an apology or sympathized a tiny bit for what I went through and all would be well. But the fact that Joseph lied in his first message and then was so condescending to me in the calls, never appreciating my point of view or offering any apology or sympathy, just demanding that I pay up made me feel so antagonized that admittedly I didn’t respond to his calls for a bit. A small taste of their own medicine I thought. Honestly I thought WCCR was a bit sluggish and difficult, but the reason I only give 1 star is because of how upset I feel with how Joseph approached collecting the miscalculated final payment from me. Completely unprofessional, unapologetic, and condescending."

"Was told the microwave man would be there in 40 minutes around 11am. I called after an hour were they said he would arrive at 1pm. Nice repair man and installed quickly and properly. They should update customers if they will be late and respect peoples time."

"The technician came out 3 times and has not fixed my unit. He keeps telling me there is nothing wrong with it. Customer service is also horrible. Shawn, the general manager was talking down to me and said that he has to go with what his technician is saying and told me that he would not send a different technician out. When the tech was supposed to come out the third time, he did not show up at all and I did not get a phone call about it until the next day. When I asked why I didn’t receive any notice that they were not going to be coming by the day before, she put me on hold and then hung up on me. Without hearing from them after that, I get a phone call 3 days later saying the technician is 10 minutes away. I was so surprised bc I hadn’t scheduled the appointment. When I asked who scheduled that, she told me she would find out and call me back. She didn’t call me back and instead cancelled the tech. I never cancelled and told her I was home. I’ve been without a working heater for weeks bc no one knows how to do their job. Oh, and when the tech came out the second time and performed maintenance that didn’t fix it, he left the liquid all over the floor. It’s a mess and who knows what kind of chemical it was. I do not recommend. The technician was nice, but doesn’t know what he’s talking about."

"We have had 5 visits from the repair man and our refrigerator is still getting ice build up and water leaking into the refrigerator area, below the freezer. They have been friendly, but have been unsuccessful in fixing the problem."
