"I came in having trouble finding a challenging item. I had been to several stores with no success. Upon entering Michael's, I was greeted by an associate. He then gave me details on some of the places I could look in the store for inspiration. After some browsing I asked another associate where to find a specific animal. I walked to the isle and grabbed the exact item I needed. Upon check out I asked for an associate instead of self check because that is what I prefer. The associate who checked me out was fast, friendly, and able to answer my questions about merchandise. I left feeling wonderful. I am a very happy customer who will gladly return again. The store was clean, organized, well stocked, and items were easy to find. This store is being managed very well!"

"I ordered a custom frame when the puzzle going in it wasn't ready. I went to drop off the finished art when the frame arrived. Brenda provided great customer service and put down what she was working on and quickly - mounted the puzzle on foam board, sealed the back, and got the wire hanger on. This saved me a trip back to the store that I expected to make but was very grateful to avoid. Thanks, Brenda!"

"I love coming here because it is close to my house, the sores always clean and never too busy, and sometimes I'm lucky to catch a good sale on the yarn. They always have theme products for holidays and special occasions. And I love the fact that Michaels has its own credit card now that save you even more money. I can buy more yarn when I need to now"

"Craft goods galore, takes time to comprehend just how much inventory they have. Biggest downside is there is never enough cashiers to handle the lines without delay. It's like they don't realize that our time is valuable. There are other craft stores, probably time to check them out and find more pleasant sales associates."
