"With any plumbing issues we call only EJ - very easy to work with from the phone operators setting up the appointments to the plumbing technicians. Antonio was the technician today and got our garbage disposal replaced. He was professional courteous and easy to communicate with. He explained what happened and why it had to be replaced demonstrating his plumbing expertise. Rates for labor and parts are given upfront. Pretty on par with other services and the difference because they are family owned is noticeable in the way they treat their customers! The company offers 30 day warranty on labor and a year warranty on product. If within the 30 days the problem reoccurs they waive the service fee. Available for emergency plumbing services. Great to work with one of the few area family businesss!!"
