"Very unprofessional. Will not do my tax returns. Brought them the paperwork the end of February and now it is the end of May and nothing. I understand one woman was having health issues in her family, but why doesn't someone else do the return? A nice gentleman said he would do them three weeks ago, but nothing. I called again to ask when the returns would be done and they offered to have their employee call me back, but I said she never calls me back when I leave a message. Then the secretary hung up on me. I have had it with this business. They just don't follow through."

I turned around and walked out immediately. 3 minutes away was a lovely UPS store that charged the same price for notary services without the unnecessary drama."

"Very slow this year and I question if they know what they are doing. The person doing them did not know that SSI was not reportable and asked for a 1099r when it was not a distribution, but a contribution. It's been there a couple of months, I'm not happy about it."
