"Smart Choice Plumbing and more importantly Keith(not Sweat) are amazing and top notch! I went to perform what I thought would be a straightforward sink valve replacement and ended up shearing the fitting off inside the wall. Gotta love old houses. Well I called Smart Choice at 3:30 and Keith answered right away. Said he would be there at 5. He got there early and was finished by 5:30! All this was the day before the 4th of July! Most contractors would probably be too busy. They saved the day. I highly recommend!"

"They installed the wrong motor in my heater then told me if it was working, it’s good. Receptionist was rude and didnt want to hear what I was saying about the wrong part and basically hung up on me. Yes I was angry but she refused to work with me and told me I had to go through insurance and pay again! No wanting to work with me or acknowledging they put in wrong part! The workers that were here kept trying to get me to buy a new unit. Putting in a smaller motor was wrong! Part info was on heater and it was obvious it was not right yet they refused to fix it. Bad"
