"I schedule the annual inspection and service for my heating system provided with my monthly membership. I have used the Bell Brothers for the past 5 years since I moved into my home. They have done major repairs since I bought an older home built in 1971.They put copper piping, insulation and installed new roof air conditioner unit , and all the services work great and I enjoy the excellent expertise shown by all the service technicians sent to my home . Service tech, Stephen Delgado arrived a couple of days ago in the am as I scheduled it. He was very professional, personable and conscientious from beginning to end. Offering to clean out my gutters or anything extra at no cost, just a friendly offering of help. Having the heater & air conditioning units seasonally inspected/serviced provides a peace-of-mind with knowing they are operational as needed. Thanks for always being there for me, Bell Brothers!!!"

"I called Bell Brothers only by seeing their commercials on TV for my water heater that stopped working, not by recommendation. The service rep that showed up was professional but was unable to make the repair and recommended a new 50 gallon water heater for the for the price of $4711 with a one year warranty or $5400 with a 2 year. I thought this sounded really high for a water heater replacement. I called around to 4 other plumbing firms in the Sacramento area and they all ranged in price from $2150 - $2450 for the same exact water heater ( Bradford White ). I went with Stillwell Plumbing in Elk Grove that came out the next morning when promised and did an amazing job. I don't know how Bell Brothers feels good about charging people an additional $2000! Would not ever call them again or recommend."
