"Very busy family business. I get it. Got an appointment schedule for releveling my mobile home. Showed up and did work mainly in the front portion. Repeatedly said I was luck to have that appointment.(2 weeks out). Ok. I'm grateful. Didn't come in the house to check back side of the house ... Doors). I was told problem with that side. To help settlement problems they can do additional work for 1000. I said ok. I agree. I need to get this taken care of. Company so busy scheduled another two weeks on a Saturday. Again stating they're so busy. I gladly took the appointment. I said thank you. Thursday before work I called to confirm (they are so busy). Left voice mail message. Never heard from them. Assumed all is good. Saturday 8AM came than 8:30. I started calling leaving voice mail messages. I did this until 10:30. No response. No one returned my calls no one showed up. Monday morning I called and finally got the owner and he said he had personal problems. I asked when to reschedule. He said, "I'm way too busy". I said but we had a scheduled appointment waited two weeks so give me a new date. He said I'm too busy! Unbelievable way to run a business. Always too busy to schedule an appointment? He said on the phone twice with me, " I did you a favor with the releveling the first time.' You were lucky to get me at all." Sorry I paid right away before I had him check my concerns. Beware. You've been warned!"

"They came every day, and sometimes even on Saturday!! They also came the day before and after thanksgiving! Great, fast, friendly, and nice workers!!!"
