"Pool needed to be repaired and replastered.I met with Severo, owner who assured me he could do the work. After 4 other estimates we decided on these guys. the estimate was lower (but not by much) and he could do the job right away. His crew led by his son were hardworking and clean. Our work was originally was going to be two weeks (hey at least he was honest) but, for some reason that changed and the entire project was completed in two days. Yea! It looks beautiful but it's only day one I'll update if that changes. Communication may be a little frustrating but while Severo did not reach out to me he did respond to every call or text I made to him and he was very clear in responses, so don't let that turn you off just know you may need to be a little more proactive. While only day one of completion I am more than satisfied with Mountain pool and spa and would refer them to anyone."

"We went out to see a completed job from this Company of a nice completed Pool. That Customer spoke highly of this Pool Company so we chose to hire this Company from seeing 4 other Companies jobs. However, Our experience was not a excellent one like theirs. Our pool outcome was completed nicely. However, Poor service in communication from Owner. I had to be constant be calling him for many things instead of him calling me the Customer to give me updates of anything. No paperwork was given to us on how payment was to be made etc. No final receipt was given to us & no warranty information as promised. I will not refer this Company to Family or Friends."

"This is a really good company. The guys from Mountain Pool and Spa are craftsmen. They know what they're doing and do a great job. They did tile repair on my pool and the tiles they repaired and replaced look better than any of the originals. Their work is better than the original work, too. What's more, they are responsive when you contact them and they have good advice to offer. And, their prices are competitive. From my experience, better than anyone else's.
