It is totally worth it for my peace of mind! Every technician that has been to my home has been consistently professional and courteous. Before your technician arrives, you will receive a text message with your technician’s name and picture. They also call you when they are 30-45 minutes away. Thank you to Jennifer who I spoke with over the phone today. I have spoken with her in the past and she has always resolved scheduling issues. I have had a few major HVAC issues that Villara has resolved throughout the years, they will continue to be my go-to. Thank you!"

"Rogelio was very knowledgeable. I explained my history issues and he looked over all of them. He made sure they all were still in good shape. After, he then recommended some other items to be installed and explained in detail why they would be good. After learning about the benefits of them, I decided to get them installed. He was very thorough and patient with us. If I need any future maintenance to be done, I’d want Rogelio to come and service our home. Thank you again Rogelio!!"

"UPDATE: It's been over 3 months and Villara has yet to schedule another city inspection. Someone reached out to me on Tuesday to apologize for everything and they said that they would get back to me the next day. It's currently Friday. The inspection had failed two times in a row because Villara did not have the equipment up to city code. I'm still waiting for them to adjust the conduit run and I'm also still waiting for the breaker to be installed. The breaker for the unit was installed in place of my second laundry room's dryer and that dryer has been unusable for months now as well. Every time, they've told me its on backorder but it's starting to feel like they keep forgetting to place the order. At this point, I am looking into taking legal action against the company. To be clear, their plumbing department has been amazing but their HVAC has been a nightmare. I had a minisplit installed, a $10k project. First they forgot to order the cover for it so the install was incomplete. When they came back and had claimed they finished, the indoor unit was installed BACKWARDS. They came back to fix the orientation only to leave a wire disconnected so it still wasn't working. They came back AGAIN to fix it and it finally worked. After a couple weeks they called to have someone come out to take pictures of the unit. No one came on the day they told me they would come (another HUGE waste of my time). The guy actually came a different day and randomly called saying he was 10 mins out. I told him that he was supposed to come a different day and that I am leaving for my doctor's appointment that I had already rescheduled because of this. He shows up anyway right as I'm leaving!! They came out AGAIN to fix the refrigerant tubing because it was literally dangling on the side of the outside wall and was not secured and not up to code. They also did not do a professional job when connecting the power conduit, it's not in a straight line, completely lackluster and not run towards the bottom of the house like how my pool builder ran it - PROFESSIONALLY. Their manager, TJ, contacted me once to apologize but when I had responded to her regarding this company's EXTREME lack of professionalism, she never responded. I told the worker to have TJ contact me and they still didn't. They still tried to have the tech come out. Furthermore, they have two numbers listed on our account, one being my fathers who has extreme memory issues. I've communicated this to them and asked them to take his number out because he never rememebers to communicate things to me either. Their manager has yet to contact me, the tech randomly comes out today before I need to go to work and blocks my entire driveway, essentially holding me hostage over needing to take pictures - something I could have easily sent them. Caused me to be late to my meeting, AGAIN. What a big waste of time!! Also, I told them they are free to come by whenever if they just needed to take pictures of the outdoor unit but they told me they needed to see the inside as well. When the tech randomly came again for the pics - he did not even step foot inside meaning they never needed to waste my time in the first place!!!! What the heck! I'm not sure how everyone else seems to have such a seemless experience with this company and I haven't. To this day they have yet to install the correct breaker as well. Again, I paid 10k in CASH. I expected so much better. If you are using them for HVAC, BEWARE. Otherwise their plumbing department was FANTASTIC - no complaints."

"Raul was incredible! He was scheduled for a routine maintenance and ended up on a 4 hour journey during which he diagnosed and solved several technical issues that were far above the average homeowner's knowledge. Due to some faulty wiring installed by the homebuilder our thermostats have never operated optimally, and now we have a non-wifi based Honeywell option that works just fine. The compressor was cleaned and calibrated along with a new capacitor that was spent after only 3 years. I blew my lid several times but Raul kept his cool and now the air is better and I have peace of mind that my HVAC will be operating at or above capacity for the near future.
