Gerardo is very knowledgeable and always explained everything to us in great detail, answering all our questions whenever we had them. He is very honest and transparent, never making us feel pressured to purchase additional equipment and/or upgrades. Most importantly, Gerardo is AMAZING at communication. "Lived here for about half a year renting out a room offered by a tenant family. Besides hospitality, absolutely horrible experience. I couldn't even sleep at night from the bed bug infestation alongside cockroaches plaguing the place. Outside wasn't any better with a keen problem on rodents. Trash disposal was mediocre but is half to blame on the tenants that throw away everything non excluding bed frames, couches, and sofas without any concerns on the problems they could couse resulting in shelter for the rodents and insects already being a huge problem."
