"I really dislike writing a bad review but I can't really take the frustration anymore. Luis makes promises he can't keep. He also took our money but never finished our pool installation. We are so close to finishing after over a year of construction with delays and liens on our property from unpaid subcontractors. I wish Luis would get his business together. This review will serve as a warning to all new pool contractor seekers. I feel bad for Luis and all the other customers and subcontractors he will treat poorly in the future. This is an unfortunate way to run a business. I am glad some people had good experiences with Luis and No Problem Pools. We had hoped for the same but for some reason Luis doesn't want to finish our project even though we have paid on time every time. Unfortunately, his team stopped showing up. I would not place my trust in Luis and "NO"Problem Pools. I don't believe anyone should based on my experience."
