"Had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Pristine. Our tankless heater was producing lukewarm water. We specifically asked for new filters as we knew they were in need of replacement - and likely a big part of the problem. Well, they came and charged $650 to flush out the 2 units (which helped a little). Then they diagnosed abour $3000 worth of other problems. I'm open to considering those other things, but we've asked numerous times for them to please replace the filters (and we're even willing to pay the $300 to do so) but they have been non-responsive. So, in summary, we were charged a lot, quoted A LOT MORE, and the main thing we asked for was not done."

Even with delays from other vendors, Cameron was able to keep me informed on all the next steps. Once I got next steps, Cameron gave me a quote for two different options. I was happy to pick the long term option because it was a flat rate with a warranty. I’m so grateful to have finally met an honest and upstanding plumber who is local and available."
