"Owners response to my Request to resolve the problem I called them out for less than 90 days prior: “There is no such thing as warranty for Clearing out drains. Because the drains are existing and once the drain is cleared. We are not at fault if it clogs again.” The “drain” is not house plumbing but the drain overflow tubes specific to the AC and Coil. I could have cleared out a tube, the reason for professional support was to repair what’s causing clogging. I still asked for service even if it was to cost more but The owners ploy was then to claim his schedule was full for a Month. Of course I had to seek a different firm due to the 90+ degree weather."
