"George (owner/tech) came to troubleshoot my ice maker that wasn’t making ice. He suggested I needed a new ice maker, so he put a new one in and it still didn’t fix it. So he came back and removed the new ice maker (that I paid for) and put my old one back in and said he needed to order some parts and once they arrive he’ll schedule a time to come back and fix it. Well those parts never got ordered and I didn’t here back from him. After contacting him multiple times (like 5 times), each time I talked to him he said he was going to refund me for the ice maker I bought but don’t have since he took it out and never returned to finish the job but has NOT REFUNDED me for it. Every time I talk to him he apologizes and says “it’s not a lack of not wanting to refund you, its a lack of forgetfulness”."
