"Great place to enjoy a little adventure crawling down the cliff and walking on the rocky beach covered in seaweed. It’s great to have such diverse aquatic environment right next to half moon bay. No parking fee required, but need to be careful of the pot holes - some of them are deep and can trap your car."

"Redondo Beach A great place to take your young, explore and enjoy the sea breeze. Plenty of parking (especially when you arrive before 12.00pm). From here you can walk to the Ritz Carlton or go down to the beach. There are plenty of walk ways and paths to hike, run or bike. If you are brave enough to hike down the cliff to get to the beach make sure you wear appropriate footwear. It gets muddy, especially after a heavy rain. There is no running water or shower so bring some water to rinse off before messing up your car. You can easily spend 2 hours here and create memories. This is also a fun place to fly kites and drones. The landscape is raw and very beautiful. Most days you'll get plenty of clouds and humidity, so dress appropriately. Check out out a local breakfast place like the Taste Cafe followed by a nice walk on the beach. Half Moon Bay is a great spot, avoid traffic by taking the 92 before 10.00am. Beware though, irresponsible dog owners leave plenty of dog excrement and filled doggy bags along the walk way. The human stain is very evident on this part of the beach. Make this part of your weekly Half Moon Bay visit."
