"DO NOT HIRE! I needed my electric gate repaired. I called Metro Electric Gate in Lake Elsinore. An "electrician" was sent out. His English was very poor. My husband and I had to keep asking him to repeat what was he was saying because he was so hard to understand, being from a different country. He told us we needed a whole new circuit board, which would $950; that he could sell us a refurbished one. After he looked on his phone online, he said he found one for about $600 that he could get me. I told him I would think about it. Obviously that's pretty pricey, plus the service call fee. I certainly needed to call a second company out. He proceeded to tell me if I didn't take advantage of the price now, he could not guarantee it if he came back at a later date...He wrote up an invoice for the service, $75. That said, "Secured Garage Door & Gate, Inc." I didn't think much of it at the moment, plus it was over 100 that day. I couldn't think straight at the point after standing in the sun for 45 minutes. To make a long story longer, I called another company out, AUTOMATED ACCESS SYSTEMS, which were great, by the way! That technician told me it was just a blown fuse and needed the batteries replaced, which was $84 and another $14. Far cry from $950 and the problem the first company quoted. Needless to say, I would have been ripped off. Very dishonest company, whomever it is, since there are two different names. I tried to look up Secured Garage Door & Gate, Inc., and it doesn't exist! I was completely taken advantage of, lied to, etc. I thought I had done my due diligence when calling this first company out, but you never really know what you're going to get until you get a second opinion."

"They did a great job and completed the job quickly. It made a world of difference in our yard. Good-bye chain link, hello electric gate!!! Highly recommend this company they are amazing all around."
