"Last time we had a roof leak, EHS helped us get it squared away with immediate water mitigation, then dealt with our insurance directly to negotiate all the quotes. They then repaired the collapsed ceiling and re-carpeted. Things were relatively smooth except for when they are slammed, the project managers cannot get back to you in a timely fashion, but understandably so as they handle so many cases at the same time. We now had them come out for a very similar leak on the other side of the house. I called at 4am, got an inspection at 8am, and demolition team came and completed demolition and abatement, then set up all the drying equipment all the next day! After 3 days of drying, reconstruction is scheduled right after with hopes of the job being done within a day or two at the latest. Things are speedy with them and I'm working with all the same people as last year, meaning employee retention is very strong. Integrity at its finest and all the workers have been so friendly! This is the goto and will be recommended if anything like this happens again!"
