"This was my first time using All City Plumbing. Alfonso’s overall presentation was excellent. He was presentable and clean. He spoke very clearly and explained to me in detail what he was going to be doing to our water heater and what his findings were. He fixed our issue. He even cleaned and disinfected around his work area. I’m really impressed with this company and their service techs. I would recommend this company, and if you can select Alfonso, I would request him. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. You can tell that he enjoys his job and takes pride in his work."

"From start to finish the experience was professional & excellent! They helped me with a leaky shower faucet and clogged sink. Amazing work! Angel, the technician, explained everything well. I definitely recommend and trust this business. Wonderful customer service. The phone receptionist was nice. They use tablets to set up their invoices/estimates and send text messages updating the arrival time-overall convenient and quick. Excellent communication and reasonable pricing."

"We had a major plumbing issue with our main line the city came out on Friday 2/23/24 and ran a camera through their side of the street and said the block was on our side. Based on the city’s advice my Husband attempted to rent a snake from Home Depot, but was unable to remove the block Saturday afternoon. The city told us if the snake didn’t remove the block that we would need to hire a plumber to run a Hydro jet. I reached out on yelp to several recommended companies, All City Plumbing was the first one to reply. They said they could be out the next morning with a free assessment. They were my first choice because they had a five star rating on Yelp. They sent out a young man Franky. He gave his honest assessment and said that we would have to do the job in sections to make sure that a hydro jet was what was actually needed the job turned out to be bigger than what the city of Corona mentioned. So the great thing about All, City Plumbing is that they offer financing for big jobs which was a huge help and we went ahead and hired them. My husband is very particular and wanted Franky’s supervisor to come out and explain to us how the financing worked as well. Throughout the job Franky communicated with us every step of the way. The job was estimated to be done by Monday afternoon there was a delay due to the city inspector’s availability to inspect and sign off on Permits. We needed to replace 100 feet worth of piping and the job took a total of four days. I would hire All City Plumbing again and would recommend Franky for any job someone may have."

"A few weeks ago, I woke up to discover a leak on the main water shutoff pipe on my house. After speaking with several other companies, All City Plumbing had the earliest available appointment time and was quickly able to send a plumber out to assess the situation. After determining the problem, we settled on a price, which consisted of replacing the damaged piping and adding a water pressure valve. The area in which he had to dig to get to the bottom of the pipe is close to three sprinkler valves. Upon completion of the work, I took him up on his offer to paint the pipes so as to prevent rusting. Unfortunately, I later discovered that he used spray paint on the pipes and failed to use any protective measures (i.e., cardboard) to prevent overspray onto my newly-painted house. He also used glue on the PVC pipes and left a large glob that turned purple when dry. Pictures attached here. I also recently realized that the sprinklers were no longer turning on automatically (a non-issue prior to these pipe repairs). I didn’t have this problem before. As it turns out, the wires were bent and two of the valves had leaks; damage that resulted in additional out of pocket expense on my part. Lastly, I will also need to repaint the portion of the house to cover the overspray and purple glue."
