"My wine cooler wasn't cooling so I called an appliance repair company. A guy came out that clearly didn't have the required knowledge and gave me 2 options that were very expensive. However the major concern was he clearly didn't know what he was doing. So I paid him a service fee and went back to the internet to find another option. I called the Fridge guys and Mike answered- I told him the issue and I felt it was urgent that it get repaired as I had lots of wine. He told me he has one more job (at 5 pm on a friday) but he would come to my house after that. Most people would have said see you next week but Mike finished the other job and came over. He is professional, highly skilled and put up with my incessant questions. He explained everything while he went about his work. He explained my choices and gave me more options including likely results. I chose a path and Mike did it without hesitation. He charged a fair price and he fixed the problem. He cleaned up after and left around 8:15 pm- who does that? The Fridge guys have a customer for life!
