"was great. My water heater died on Sunday of a holiday weekend. Patricia answered all my questions over the phone, then Charlie arrived by to assess the situation, developed and explained the estimate, and had set up for installation first thing Tuesday morning. Bright and early there were Charlie and Brody at my door. A few hours later I have a fully working water heater with no mess left behind. Will definitely call then again when the need arises."
