"I came in to get my watch resized for my wedding and the whole process was smooth and easy! I was told that it would be about a 30 min. wait which I was able to grab lunch in the mean time. "I brought in two clocks--a cuckoo and a mantel clock. Sadly the mantel clock could not be repaired (which I've heard from 3 shops now). Michael, the clock expert was able to revive my cuckoo--and at a more than reasonable cost. I'm really happy with my experience. I found Michael knowledgeable and informative. I feel as though I know more about clocks now. Highly recommend"
