"William was well within the time frame. We discussed all that was going on with this water heater & all the parts the prior repair tech had ordered ( which didn't work ) burners, gas pilot valve, igniter assy... and around 2 months of fighting this problem of burners not igniting. He made some additional adjustments, removing the 2" of the extra wood base. Which dropped the vent pipes to a better angle. Took extra steps, precautions.. it all worked the 1st time on start up , burners are now igniting & we have Hot water. Thank you again William I will definitely be referring this company and William he knows what he is doing."

"Earl is the best, he did excellent job on replacing from old to new water heater, he tested it and checked no gas leak and no water leaks after he installed the water heater, he explained to me in full details how to release water, up to code job he did. Thank you for doing an excellent job and now we have hot water in the house after found out water leaks last night and was done by the next day 1pm."
