One technician showed up in an hour and promptly identified the problem, showed and explained what happened (fridge thermostat went out) and told me how he planned on fixing it. He spent approximately 30 minuites fixing it and had me place my hand in the fridge to test out the fan to show that it was now working. Left behind an invoice and it cost was really competitive. Great service! I keep them on my list for all future work."
