We delivered the clocks to Mr. Rana for repair. He had them running and ready to pick up in two days! The clocks are each 90+ years old and now they're running and chiming perfectly. It's not inexpensive to have clocks repaired because you're paying for expert knowledge, but we are very pleased with Mr. Rana's work. He's very kind and easy to work with. We recommend him highly."

"Mr. Rana did a masterful job repairing my 1750 longcase grandfather clock. I inherited the clock and did not know what was wrong with it. It had been sitting in one location, not operating and untouched, for over 30 years. Mr. Rana and his son came to my home in Marin County TWICE. They quickly diagnosed several problems, including missing and damaged parts. Mr. Rana repaired the works in his shop; procured an antique bell --from England!--from the SAME type of clock; ensured the works operated properly at his shop for a full 72 hours. Then, he and his son installed it during a second home visit. They were patient and persevered until the clock was running smoothly, a process that in this case took several hours. Mr. Rana was prompt and efficient, accomplishing all of this in less than a month. He has a real passion for the work and has a deep knowledge of the subject.
