"I ordered a great amount of fragrance oil from Stone candles , and was pleased of how great each and every FO smells.. However, my oils were poorly packaged . I had one oil with the cap broke and wasn’t sealed correctly which lead to oil spilling out of the bottle.. also, 2 out of 5 fragrance oils were filled to the top.. There needs to be another way on packaging customers items.. We pay money for quality. We should receive just that."
"I have been very pleased with the customer service at Stone Candles. I placed an order earlier this month that was misdelivered by FedEx (classic). I never received my first order, but Stone Candles was quick to send out a new shipment with no additional charges. I received the second shipment and am very happy with the products. I've been using Stone Candles products for at least a couple years now and was introduced to them in my FabFitFun subscription boxes. I've also placed several orders directly through their website, and the candles smell amazing! I love that they use coconut wax, and the scents are very original and smell exactly as expected."
