"Bad Customer Service. I went in asking for Piano Lessons and they couldn't accompdate two classes per month vs. Four classes because you have to buy the four class package. I tried to get convince the person I would pay the same amount monthly but only wanted two classes because I only have my child two weeks out of the month. He said no. No flexibility and no consideration. Rediculous."
"I had a loose broken string on my guitar and Julien or Julian (pardon my spelling) was patient and glad to help me with it since I am still a beginner. He was one of the coolest people i’ve met. Will definitely go back here! I recommend seeking him if you ever need help :D 5 stars!"
