"I tried to withdraw money from outside ATM. Firstly it would accept my pin and decline my transaction as soon as I finished. Some guy kept standing at the other machine just staring at the screen. I tried to wait for him to move so i could use the other ATM but he stayed long after I left and had gotten to that machine two people ahead of me. Seemed really off. Welp not too long after I had to call my bank twice and then my card had to get shut down because of false transactions. Careful if you bank this spot."
"Not one to usually be writing reviews but this experience was one of the worst I’ve ever encountered at a bank. Lady in the front “greeting people not sure if she is the manager had the worst attitude with me to begin with not sure why. She handed me a pen to fill out a deposit slip and I had not reached the teller window when she walked over and began accusing me of stealing her pen when I wasn’t finished filling out my slip? She proceeded to tell the other people in line that i was walking away with her pen and that I was planning on stealing it like “they all do”. Never stepping in this branch ever again since the start I was receiving attitude and that fact that she was accusing me of stealing when that had not even crossed my mind and something so insignificant like a pen.. I strongly believe it was racial profiling from the start never have I felt so uncomfortable/embarrassed at a bank the way I did today."
"Hours operation shows closed at 1:00 pm. I can’t understand why closed between 10 to 15 minutes earlier than time posts. Customers rushing to making on time. And it’s frustrating to see that it’s closed And a short time at least 7 customers Got frustrated for the same situation."
