"Best bead store that’s in West Hollywood. Great assortments of stones and endless charms ready to be beaded and omg not to mention the chains. "My mother and friend went into this store a few days ago. Both of them are in their 60s and have degenerative back disorders which cause them to have trouble walking, so they have to move slowly. 2 female employees here, one of them with long blonde hair, were making fun of them when they came in. 1 woman had looked up and saw them and then turned and made a comment to the other woman who looked at us and then they both started snickering. They both turned their backs when laughing forgetting they were facing a mirror on the back wall so my mom could see them laughing. When the women noticed they been seen laughing, they turned on the charm and tried to make up for it because they knew they had been caught. Their behavior was hurtful and discriminatory and put a damper on their fun day shopping. None of us will ever go to this store again."
