Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"The female bank manager there is racist. She refused to verify a check or make any effort to do so, even after my parents went through the trouble of having their bank manager offer his office number to verify their account. This is why I cancelled my account with them, Acorns is a way better institution and non judgemental."

"Very helpful staff if you must go inside. The area around the 2 walk up ATMs is always littered filled. Location also has 2 drive up ATMs. Located at the corner with access from both sides."

"Inside staff has been very pleasant including security however the atm outside appears to hardly ever be cleaned has trash on top of atm for several days and machines don’t seem to be serviced often enough leaving me unable to make any deposits."

"I would give this Branch Zero Stars if I could. Do not waste your time at this branch. They are a scam. There ATM took my card twice. The first time the manager Ramon said it was my fault. I took to long. I accepted that. But when I came back again. It took my card again. And I started to see minor charges to my bank account. I had to close my account. I DO NOT TRUST THIS BRANCH AT ALL. I've been with bank of ameica for over 10 years. And never had this experience. Till I moved out here in Pittsburgh. Like I said...... They are the worst. Beware"

"Worst bank I've ever been to. The assistant manager Salvador Roman Amaya is no help what-so-ever. I went to the bank two times in the past couples month and had to to wait over 20 minutes to reach the teller. (Only two tellers with a line over 9 people). On my final visit the teller decided she didn't like how my ID "looked" due to a suffix that isn't on any of my bank accounts and went to the manager. The teller also mentioned, that I could go outside and withdraw money without the need for ID verification (I.E. fraud) if it wasn't actually me. I declined, because this is my account registered in my name so I should be able to actually get my money. I was wrong, Salvador decided that he didn't wanna give me my money today, even though he was there when I withdrew money days prior. This bank is a joke, the workers truly don't care about anyone who comes in, and the manager is just as bad. Go somewhere else. I am filing a complaint with corporate today."
