"Super disappointed in this companies policies regarding the fires in Hawaii. The state of Hawaii is asking people not to travel to Maui throughout the month, and trying to cancel our booking out of respect for the situation out there, Hawaiian Airlines was more than accommodating but SFX is not being helpful or understanding of the situation. No refunds or exchanges because the hotel is still accessible. Appalling considering what is going on over there! Will not be using this company again."
