"Never been to many pools, but I sure can say this one exceeded my expectations. Pool is nicely taken care of along with the grass and volleyball area. Grass is luscious and green which makes it feel like a little slice of heaven. Water is refreshing and the bathrooms/changing rooms are nicely taken care of. Staff is really nice and helpful. Would go agin 100%"

"The online price is not the real,when you go to the window to buy it they ask for more money , and the chairs are all for groups,even the shade under the tree you can not allowed to stay. Terrible service."

"We’ve tried to visit here on three separate occasions, but have never been let into the pool. The first time they were closed in the middle of the day, despite both the UCD website and google maps saying it should be open. The second time we showed up, again when the hours were listed as open, the staff told us that they were only open in the mornings. Then why are you listed as open on both the website and on the sign posted outside the entrance of the pool? This last time we went, we called and clarified that they were, in fact, open, and the person on the phone said yes and to make sure we could book a reservation online, which we did. But when we get there, we are told that they are at capacity and we could not get in. How in the world could we make a reservation but then they would become ‘at capacity’ in the 10min it took for us to get to the pool? The staff were rude, unwilling to have any sort of conversation, and did not in any way try to answer our questions or help. Nothing about this experience was in any way pleasant, any of the three times."

"Tried to go to this pool 3 separate times all after looking on their website for the proper hours and on the third time even calling and booking a reservation, yet not once have I stepped foot in the pool. Either they are mysteriously closed or on this last occasion just turning people away because they let other people in that didn’t book a reservation because “not a lot of people know about it yet”, which I honestly don’t see as my problem. Overall, the staff is extremely unsympathetic and honestly rude, don’t wait your time."
