"I can not be more disappointed with Splash pools. There is a major leak in one of the pool lines they installed. The leak has cost me thousands of dollars in water bills and detecting the leak. We incurred the cost of the leak detector that pointed out it was Splash's water line. Splash came out and said they'd back their work. Upon realizing the severity of the problem they quickly backed away and said they would not warranty the line because they didn't install the pavers. The most absurd reason. These people have no don't care about their customers. Jeff acts like a nice guy but once you sign that contract you'll never contact him ever again. Save yourself the heartache and check with the Contractors Board before hiring one of these crooks. I will make a formal complaint with the CSLB and try to save someone else the heartache of dealing with this crook."

"Splash Pools did an amazing job on our pool renovation. We had our pool replastered with Stonescape Midnight Blue mini pebble. We also had the waterline tile retiled and added some turtle tiles They also repainted our rocks.
