"Had an absolute nightmare with a hotel that partners with RAR Hospitality. We had our wedding reception at this particular hotel, and the director of sales (from RAR Hospitality) was awful at communicating and ended up not even showing up on the day of. Throughout the year leading up to the wedding, she would take weeks, sometimes even months, to respond back to my emails. She was unreachable via phone call and text, and she only responded when we escalated to the manager. RAR Hospitality should ensure that their employees have proper training and actually care about their guests' experiences."
