"Beware!! They keep juggling me from one person to another and nothing gets done. Nothing!! Do NOT give them your money. Please, RUN! I am filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General's office. All of you who got ripped off should do the same. I am adding to my review- - - they offered me a refund then they never came through. PLEASE do not give these people your money!! They pull off some paperwork from the IRS website that you could do ourself and show you all the pages to make it look like they did something. AWFUL human beings."

"i hired this co and they requested my transcript's after that they did nothing besides trying to rip me off. They were told that my tax debt was being erased in ten days because of length of debt. instead of giving me the good news they fabricated a story that they were sending an offer in compromise and that they had an agreement with the IRS. They told me they were going to pay the agreed upon amount approx. 8,000.00 dollars and i could pay them back over time with monthly payments. This thing sounded very suspicious to me so i called the IRS imagine how surprised i was to hear them say my balance was zero. I immediately called them and told them i wanted a refund of the 1,700.00 i had already paid and i was disputing it with B of A. Well instead of doing the right thing they doubled down and sent a pile of nothing paperwork to B of A mostly copies of transcripts and B of A having no idea what they were looking at ruled in BTS favor They made one mistake they forged a fake offer and compromise using my signature from the power of attorney i signed. So i am shopping for an attorney if interested get in contact."

"I have been dealing with BTS for about 2 years now. I went to them after another company did not follow through on their services. I have had multiple case managers now and each has been more than difficult to deal with. They don’t get in touch when they say they will, case managers leave with no communication and then months go by before I have to call to try and figure out what my standing is. From the beginning I was told certain services would be included and then once my payments are completed I’m told in order to receive the initial services I paid for to begin with require more money. When I’m told I’ll receive phone calls/correspondence I receive none and have to email asking why I didn’t receive the phone calls in the time I was told to expect. Case managers leave and I’m not told, accountants leave and I’m not informed, the attorney I’ve spoken with is rude and when I remind them I’ve paid their company for services not rendered I’m told I didn’t pay them instead that they’re doing me a favor. It’s frustrating to say the least. Instead of providing a sense of relief it’s become added stress on an already stressful situation. Instead of taking accountability for their lack of professionalism and communication, they blame it on everything else. I’d like to be done with them just as much as they think they’d like to be done with me at this point but I seem to be the only one taking the initiative to try and get these things taken care of. Their focus tends to be more on reminding me of my place rather than providing the relief they claim as a business."

"This Place is a SCAM. I have been paying them regularly, and they have done absolutely nothing. After I have complained multiple times, they tell me they are close to reaching a offer with the IRS. All lies!! I just got letters from the IRS demanding payment! They are trying to get info from me on tax years that have already been filed., among other things, and all they are trying to do is collect more money from you! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they will not help you! If I could give a negative star I would, because who know the repercussions I will face in now having to deal with the IRS, when I was being proactive in hiring this predatory company."
